Mount Ama Dablam is a beautiful and small snowcapped mountain, located almost south west of Mt. Everest and Lhotse in the Khumbu region. It is a steep pyramid of ice with vertical walls and sharp, exposed ridges. Mount Ama Dablam forms a lasting impression on many trekkers in Nepal, as it is perhaps the most stunning mountain along the popular trekking route to Everest Base Camp.
The South - West ridge is the normal and most popular route to ascend the Mt. Ama Dablam. Our ascent will be also made from the south west ridge route, a technical route with three camps above base camp. The climb usually completed in less than five weeks. The climbing on the route involves pure rock climbing on exquisite granite followed by mixed snow and rock climbing. The last section to the summit involves ice climbing followed by a long steep snow slope up to the summit.

Guest houses were very good and the food excellent.
Had a great trek to EBC with Mountain Hawk in March 2012. Badri was our excellent guide and Niraj our porter. Everything was organised so well and our safety came first. Guest houses were very good and the food excellent. I recommend Mountain Hawk to anybody.

Canada,
Upper Mustang Trek
My wife and I went to Upper Mustang in October of 2016 with Prem Pandit from Mountain Hawk Treks. I can only say that it was the most remarkable trip we've ever been on. Mustang is vast, stark, raw, remote, and to date, unspoiled.
